In 2017, as an extension of the products already presented by SCAR-ID, its founders launch ATER by SCAR-ID a sub-brand where they can explore the design of unique pieces and limited editions, through strategic partnerships with local designers and producers. Fashion, jewellery, accessories, homeware and ceramics were the areas already explored in the brand’s four years of existence. Its name ater, which means matte black in Latin, reflects a strong and expressive but also discreet and delicate image, always presented in the brand’s identity.
